About the Open Call

Fresh Edit invites emerging curators to create a curatorial selection of at least 5 works from the ArtGraduates collection, accompanied by a 500-2000 word essay. The initiative values original thinking and strong thematic connections. Published projects are curatorial texts and do not imply an exhibition. Submissions are accepted in any language. The top project receives a $300 USD prize, and selected projects get professional publication, a curator profile, and a professional reference.

Requirements

Open to emerging curators, art history students, recent graduates, and individuals aged 18-35. Must be 18-35 at the time of submission. No nationality restrictions.

How to Apply

Register via the form on the website. After approval, you will receive access to the curator preview page to browse the collection and get image IDs. Submit your completed project (title, selection of artworks, and essay) by email to info@artgraduates.com with the subject line 'Fresh Edit: [Your Project Title]'.
