Paint Creek Center for the Arts
Held annually the weekend following Labor Day, the Art & Apples Festival transforms the 30-acre Rochester Municipal Park into a high-quality fine art venue. Organised by Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA), the festival serves as a major fundraiser for community art programs. It consistently ranks as a top fine art festival nationally, featuring 305 booth spaces and a diverse array of fine art mediums including 2D and 3D mixed media, ceramics, digital art, fiber, glass, jewelry, and more. The event includes a guest jury process, on-site awards, and extensive artist amenities.
Exhibition booth space, cash prizes including a $1,500 Best in Show and four $500 Awards of Excellence, artist reception dinner, daily continental breakfast, hospitality tent, and professional PR promotion.
Artists must be 18 years or older. All work must be original, designed, and made by the accepted artist. The artist must be present for the duration of the festival. Buy-sell, wholesale, and mass-produced items are strictly prohibited. Note that this specific application does not accept emerging artists.
Artists must apply via the ZAPP portal by submitting three artwork images and one booth image. A non-refundable $35 application fee is required at the time of submission.
