About the Open Call

The fourth Arizona Wine Country Artists Village art fair is held in Old Town Cottonwood, a world-class wine tourism destination. The event takes place on a flat, grassy city-owned field steps away from Main Street. It aims to connect artists with regional and international visitors who frequent the local restaurants, galleries, and wine-tasting rooms. The festival emphasizes handmade, original work and prohibits buy-sell items or AI-generated art.

What is Offered

Selected artists receive a designated booth space (sizes range from 10x10 to 10x20) and overnight security during the event duration.

Requirements

All artists must be 18 years or older and present for the entire three-day festival. Work must be original and handmade by the artist (maximum three studio assistants). AI-generated art and buy-sell/resale items are strictly prohibited. Artists must obtain a Cottonwood business license and an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax License.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted through the Zapplication online platform. Applicants are required to submit five professional images: four representing the artist's work and one of the booth display.
