Revoluton Arts
Archives of Change is a new cross-cultural collaboration between Third Version Creative (UK), Musyawarah Arsip (MUAR) (Indonesia), and Revoluton Arts (Luton, UK). The project explores inclusive, creative, and community-led ways of documenting culture, reimagining the role of archives in societies shaped by migration, memory, and change. The program includes a two-week residency in Indonesia and workshops in Luton, focusing on alternative ways of preserving cultural memory through craft, music, oral storytelling, sound mapping, and community cartography.
International and domestic travel, transfers, visa/travel support, accommodation in Makassar, daily subsistence/meals, a £250 bursary per artist, and 20 hours of mentoring support.
Practicing UK-based artists, cultural workers, and community organisers with a connection to Luton. Must have a socially engaged practice, interest in histories of migration, decolonial methods, and community-led practice. Must hold a valid UK or EU passport, be willing to undergo a DBS check, and be available for travel in May 2026.
