About the Open Call

Format: 3 residencies per year Duration: ~2.5 months residency + ~1 month public exhibition Location: Dedicated 30 m² studio at Chalet du Parc (Lyon) Output: Final public exhibition (“restitution”) at the residency space Support includes: €3,300 artist fee €2,400 production budget Studio space + curatorial/technical support Exhibition production support (within limits) Residents are expected to: Develop a specific research/creation project Engage with ecological/social themes Participate in public programming (talks, workshops, meetings)

Requirements

Applicants must: Be artists (individual or collective) in visual arts Submit a project proposal tailored to the residency context Show interest in themes like ecology, sustainability, and local territory Be willing to engage with the public (workshops, discussions) The program is open internationally and encourages emerging artists.
