About the Open Call

Book your space in the 2025 ArtTreasury Collector’s Annual. ArtTreasury is an annual time capsule of global creativity, a treasure box of artwork by diverse artists. It provides a special feature on each artist, complete with their art, artist statement and contact information. Published artists will be announced in ArtAscent newsletter, published in ArtTreasury Collector’s Annual (available in digital and print), showcased for at least two years on the ArtAscent website online exhibition and artist listing directory, and promoted on ArtAscent social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram).

What is Offered

A two-page spread (or more) featuring your work and artist statement in the ArtTreasury Collector’s Annual publication (digital and print), publishing of your direct contact information for collectors, professional editing, a free digital copy of the publication. Selected artists will also be announced in the ArtAscent newsletter, showcased for at least two years on the ArtAscent website online exhibition, listed on the ArtAscent artist listing directory, and promoted on ArtAscent's Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram sites.

Requirements

Submitted work can include visual art (paintings, drawings, photography, mixed media, digital, printmaking, installations, ceramics, fabric, jewelry, sculpture, and other 2- and 3-dimensional media). Submission must be original creation. Previously published work by others is allowed, but not if previously published in ArtTreasury by ArtAscent. All artists 18 years and older can apply. Good photography that documents interactive or performance art may be submitted (video or sound are not supported). Applicants agree that ArtAscent may feature their submitted entry for display, marketing, promotions, and exhibition archives worldwide and for all time.

How to Apply

The submission process includes booking fee, booking form, submission review, profile editing, and selected artists publication. Apply via the ArtTreasury 2025 Application Form provided on the website. Applicants must upload images (up to 6) named in the style: ArtTreasury_Lastname_Firstname_ImageTitle.jpg, ensuring they are LARGEST, BEST QUALITY images (2200w x 2750h pixels for full page, 4250w x 2750h for double page spread, at least 1500 pixels on one side). Total file upload cannot exceed 60MB. Artist image file type must be jpg. Include artist name for publication, artist statement (220 words or less), desired public contact information (Website URLs, Social site URLs, Email, Phone number, Address), and artwork titles/descriptions/dimensions/prices.
