About the Open Call

The AléVini Cycle VI fund supports regional mobility for cultural and artistic actors to foster collaboration and local economic development in the cultural and creative industries (CCI). Supported activities include networking, creative residencies, and skill development workshops. Priority is given to projects promoting gender equality and inclusion. The mobility period is between August 1, 2026, and February 28, 2027.

What is Offered

Financial support for regional mobility (up to 3,000 EUR) and artistic work export (up to 250 EUR).

Requirements

Applicants must be residents and nationals of Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, or Mozambique; work in the cultural/artistic sector; be responsible for project management; and have not previously received this grant.

Applicants must complete the application form, sign required annexes, and submit them along with supporting documents including a passport, CV, portfolio, and partner invitation letter via the official Kiltir portal.
