About the Open Call

The GRIP residency provides international artists in the early stages of their careers with a one-month stay in Graz, Austria, from mid-September to mid-October 2026. The program includes access to the Camera Austria library, a fully furnished apartment, a € 1,000 stipend, and travel reimbursement. The residency concludes with a presentation of the artist's work at Camera Austria.

Requirements

International artists at the beginning of their careers working with photography or lens-based arts.
