About the Open Call

The 24th DongGang International Photo Festival (DIPF 2026) invites individual artists and collectives worldwide to submit 8-12 images (4000+ pixels on the long side) related to the theme 'The Silence that Shapes'. The festival seeks to showcase both emerging and established photographers through main, outdoor, and screening exhibitions from July 17 to October 11, 2026. One 'Artist of the Year' will receive a solo exhibition, and 15-20 artists in total will be selected for exhibition, publication, and promotional opportunities.

What is Offered

Solo exhibition for Artist of the Year (including travel and accommodation), group exhibition for selected artists, production of works, and professional exposure through catalogs, media, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Applicants must submit 8-12 high-resolution images, a short CV, and an artist's statement. Must be original photography work.
