Surfy Space
Selected residents receive accommodation in a private bedroom with access to a shared studio, kitchen, and living space. The program provides a daily stipend of NTD 800, as well as travel support (up to NTD 25,000 flight reimbursement for international participants or domestic transportation reimbursement). Residents may also access presentation opportunities for exhibitions, talks, or performances in Luodong or Taipei, along with networking support with local cultural institutions.
The program is open to artists, curators, and cultural practitioners with at least three years of professional experience. Applicants may apply individually or as teams of up to two people. Current students are not eligible (except PhD candidates). Residents must stay for at least 75% of the residency period, organize at least one public event during their stay, and submit a residency report after completion.
Applicants must submit their application through the online form, including a project proposal (max. 1000 words), CV, and portfolio of up to 10 works combined into a single PDF file (Chinese and English versions required; machine translation is accepted).
