John Michael Kohler Arts Center
Established in 1967, the John Michael Kohler Arts Center collaborates with Kohler Co. to host Arts/Industry. This residency program provides opportunities for contemporary visual artists to create new bodies of work and public commissions using the technologies and facilities of an industrial pottery factory. Selected artists participate in one of three cohorts throughout 2027 at the Kohler Co. plant.
Access to industrial pottery facilities and technologies, opportunity to create new work and public commissions, and creative exchange with the public.
Applicants must provide 10 images of work, a CV (3 pages max), Statements of Interest, Experience, and Art (each 250 words or less), and 2 professional references.
