About the Open Call

The Foto Forum Santa Fe Photography Award is designed to support artists by providing exposure and financial assistance. The award includes a solo exhibition at the Santa Fe gallery in the Railyard Art District. Juried by Ray Potes of Hamburger Eyes, the winner is selected based on creativity, cohesion, maturity, and quality of work. While the call is focused on photography, the resulting exhibition can include video components, though initial submissions should be photographic images or video stills.

What is Offered

First Place Award: Two-month solo exhibition, $1,000 Cash Prize, $1,500 Gift Certificate to Visions Photo Lab, and a $500 stipend for shipping and delivery of work.

Requirements

Open to all international artists 18 years or older. Artists must submit a cohesive body of work ready for exhibition.

How to Apply

Apply online through the CaFÉ (Call for Entry) platform. Applicants must submit a portfolio of 6 to 12 photographic images, an Artist's Statement, Bio, C.V., and a proposed title for the show.
