I-Park
Selected composers participate in an intensive two-week residency, where they receive dedicated rehearsal time, feedback, and collaborative exchange with the ensemble. The program culminates in multiple live performances of newly developed works, offering composers a rare opportunity to hear and refine their compositions in a professional setting. Residents also benefit from I-Park’s immersive natural environment, which supports focused creative work and informal exchange among participants.
For 2026, the Composers + Musicians Collaborative Residency is one of the few programs at I-Park with an open call, typically announced in early spring via the organization’s website and application platform. Applicants are generally required to submit scores and supporting materials for review by a selection panel, often in collaboration with the participating ensemble.
Applications can be submitted through the official I-Park website.
