About the Open Call
CENTER provides direct funding and project advancement packages for photographic and lens-based works. The 2026 calls include the Project Launch Grant, Project Development Grant, Me&Eve Award for female/LGBTQ+ artists, the themed CENTER Awards, the Excellence in Teaching Award, Blue Earth Fiscal Sponsorship, and the Review Santa Fe Portfolio Reviews.
What is Offered
$5,000 Project Grants, $1,000 Me&Eve Award, admission to Review Santa Fe, publication with LENSCRATCH, and professional development seminars.
Requirements
Open to photographers and lens-based artists worldwide. Works may include all photographic processes as well as photo-based video and mixed media. Specific grants have specialized requirements, such as the Me&Eve Award for women and/or LGBTQ+ photographers aged 40 and over.
How to Apply
Complete the online application form, prepare image files and a project statement, and submit the materials via the CENTER application portal by the final deadline of February 28, 2026.
