About the Open Call

The 2026 BorderLight Fringe Festival invites artists and theatre companies to submit proposals for the upcoming festival. The program is determined through a selection process involving a diverse panel of industry professionals. Proposals not chosen initially may be waitlisted. Multiple proposals may be submitted by a single artist or company, but only one show per lead artist/company will be ultimately selected.

Requirements

Applicants must complete the online form in one session, provide a Stripe payment receipt (unless international), and adhere to the guidelines provided in the 2026 BorderLight Fringe Application Handbook.

How to Apply

Review the Official Handbook, prepare responses using the Fringe Application Worksheet, pay the $30 non-refundable application fee (international applicants are exempt), and submit the official Airtable application form with the payment receipt attached.
