About the Open Call

For this art exhibition Las Laguna Art Gallery asked artists to interpret and depict outdoor scenery and geographical environments including Landscapes or Seascapes. Landscapes traditionally include natural scenery such as mountains, valleys, trees, rivers, and forests. Seascapes include geographical features such as shorelines, beaches, oceans, as well as structures like lighthouses. All artists who submit will have at least one work promoted on the website, while a selection will be invited to show at the brick and mortar gallery in Laguna Beach.

What is Offered

65% commission to the artist on sales, inclusion in an online exhibition, and potential inclusion in a physical exhibition at Laguna Beach gallery.

Requirements

Artists must submit work depicting landscapes or seascapes in acceptable mediums (Painting, Photography, New Media, Sculpture, Video). Artists selected for the in-person gallery show must pay a wall fee based on artwork size.
