Flowing Art Prize & Fair
Flowing Art Prize & Fair is now accepting applications from artists and designers creating at the intersection of art, design, and everyday function. We welcome submissions of finished works across sculpture, ceramics, furniture, vessels, textile, lighting, and other forms of functional or decorative art. Selected participants will be invited to exhibit in a curated group show in New York City, hosted by Flowing Space gallery and partner venues. In addition to exhibition opportunities, selected artists will be eligible for cash prizes, media exposure, B2B sales promotion, and future collaborations through our artist consulting and residency programs. The application period runs until September 30, 2025, with results announced in October 2025 and the exhibition from late October 2025 to late November 2025. Selected artists will receive a special offer for a one-month exhibition in Manhattan (with extended holiday retail showcase), eligibility for cash prizes and jury awards, promotion through Flowing Space platforms, opportunities for B2B sales, commercial features, collector outreach, artist interviews, short documentary content, professional visibility, and participation in e-commerce platform sales. There is also an invitation to a 2026 international residency with Jingdezhen Ceramic University (China) for select artists. A standard booth fee of $150 applies for selected artists, with the application fee deducted upon acceptance.

Artists and designers working with functional or decorative art across categories including Sculpture & Ceramics, Functional Vessels, Art Furniture, Lighting & Lamps, Fiber & Textile Art, Jewelry & Wearable Art, Design Objects, and Wall-based Art. Each applicant may submit up to 5 works. Works must be completed pieces and suitable for exhibition.
Applicants should complete the form in one sitting, preparing materials in advance. Each applicant may submit up to 5 completed artworks. For each artwork, prepare one main view and detail shots. Files should be no larger than 2MB, preferably in JPEG or PNG format. Details for each artwork, including Title, Year, Medium, Dimensions, Price (USD, if available), and Unique or Edition status, must be provided. Each artwork must be assigned to one of the specified categories.
