About the Open Call

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces their 16th Annual “Figurative” Online Art Competition. 2D and 3D artists from around the world are called upon to make online submissions for possible inclusion into the Gallery’s March 2026 online group exhibition. The gallery invites artists (including photography & digital art), regardless of where they reside, to apply to this competition by submitting their best figurative art. Figurative subjects are considered to be figures, forms and faces. The gallery will accept art that is either representational or abstract, and although nude art is acceptable, please, do not submit any erotic art. Artists should submit their best work in any media before the deadline of February 25, 2026.

What is Offered

The Best in Show winner receives a $100 cash prize via PayPal. Winning artists receive promotion to major news outlets, inclusion in Google News and Bing News, worldwide email and social media marketing, and digital award certificates.

Requirements

The competition is open to 2D and 3D artists (including photography and digital art) worldwide. Art must depict figurative subjects (figures, forms, faces) and can be representational or abstract. Erotic art is not permitted.

Submit work online via the gallery’s Submittable portal. Discounted early registration is available until January 1, 2026.
