About the Open Call
The PleinAir Salon presents its 15th Annual Art Competition, offering artists the opportunity to win a share of $50,000 in total cash prizes. The Grand Prize winner will receive $15,000 and be featured on the cover of PleinAir Magazine. The competition also includes monthly awards, with $24,750 in cash prizes, and annual awards totaling $26,000. Esteemed Master Artist William A Schneider serves as the November PleinAir Salon Judge. This competition is open to all artists and is not exclusively for plein air painters.
What is Offered
$50,000 in total cash prizes, with the First Place Overall winner receiving $15,000 and a feature on the cover of PleinAir® Magazine. Monthly and Annual awards are distributed across various categories.

How to Apply
Artists can enter their artwork online through the ShowSubmit platform. Access the entry portal via the 'ENTER NOW' or 'Rules To Enter' links on the PleinAir Salon website. An early bird discount of 25% is available for entries submitted by November 15th, 2025.
