About the Open Call

The Winter Film Festival returns for its 14th year, featuring super-fun parties, screenings of 75-85 films at LOOK Cinemas, and incredible education sessions for emerging filmmakers. Our mission is to promote diversity, bridge the opportunity divide, and provide a platform for under-represented artists across a variety of genres, viewpoints, and approaches. We are an IMDB-qualifying Festival and actively seek diverse works from men, women, non-binary, gay, straight, bi, black, white, Asian, Latino, and artists from every corner of the world. Submissions are open for awesome films, music videos, and web series, welcoming all genres—Documentary, Narrative, Horror, Music Video, Animation & Web Series—all lengths, and from all countries.

What is Offered

Screenings of selected films at LOOK Cinemas, participation in festival parties and education sessions, and IMDB-qualifying status for selected films.

Requirements

Open to all genres, lengths, and countries for films, music videos, and web series.
