About the Open Call

The Allied Artists of America 113th Online Annual Exhibition is open to all artists working in 2D media (oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, graphic, mixed media) and sculpture. The event includes an online exhibition from September 1, 2026, to September 1, 2027, and a curated museum exhibition for 100 works at the Reading Public Museum from September 15, 2026, to January 3, 2027. Over $45,000 in cash awards are available. No photography, digital art, or AI-generated work is eligible.

What is Offered

Over $45,000 in total cash awards, including the $5,000 Audrey Love Award, $6,000 AAA Gold Medal of Honor, $4,000 AAA Silver Medal of Honor, and $3,000 AAA Bronze Medal of Honor.

Requirements

Artists must be 18+ years of age. Works must be original 2D or sculpture. Maximum size limits apply: 48 inches for 2D, 48x24x24 inches for sculpture in the round. All submitted 2D work must be framed and wired; no glass permitted (plexiglass only).
