About the Open Call

The Singapore Young Photographer Award returns for its 10th Edition, inviting young artists to explore the theme 'Echoes of Home'. The award seeks to visualize what defines home through the lens of young creators, focusing on everyday life and interrelationships with the environment. It includes specific categories for Juniors (13-18) and Youth (19-25), as well as a Photo Club category for collectives. Top finalists will be featured in an exhibition during the 10th Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF).

What is Offered

Prizes worth over $8000, including cash prizes up to $2,000, Nikon Z50II and Z30 cameras, NIKKOR lenses, camera rental vouchers, and participation in a finalist exhibition during SIPF.

Requirements

Open to all young photographers aged 13–25 years old based in Singapore. Entries must relate to the theme 'Echoes of Home'. Images must be in JPEG format, maximum 8MB per file.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit their work via the official Judgify application portal. Junior applicants (13-18) submit a portfolio of 5-7 images with a 150-word caption. Youth applicants (19-25) submit a photo series of 7-10 images with a 200-word caption.
